1st Record: Tumbes/Peru/Pacific Ocean (1988, Chris Denmark, from the Shrimp List- http://www.shrimpnews.com/FreeNewsBackIssues/FreeNewsApril200628.html 'Working in Tumbes, Peru, in 1988, I saw a large female monodon that was caught by a commercial trawler.
