CA/Pacific Ocean (1988, USNM 123124, U.S. National Museum of Natural History 2015, 41.3472, -124.492, 524 m) This deep-water collection off northerm California probably represents a naitve cryptic species.

WA/Grays Harbor (1977, Albiright and Smith 1977, cited by Carlton 1979); OR-WA/Coulmbia River Estuary (Sytsma et al. 2005); OR/Coos Bay (1970, Carlton 1989); OR/Isthmus Slough, Coos Bay (1971, Carlton 1989); Mad River Sloughs #1 and #2, Humboldt Bay (2000, Boyd et al. 2002)
