Northern Territories/Timor Sea (on NIMPIS map, Hewitt et al. 2002, no information given) There is no evidence of establishment of P, viridis, although hundreds of fouled vessels have probably visited northern Australia up to 2019. Bayesian analysis suggests that P. viridis cannot be considered a high-risk invader (Heersink et al. 2019).
