Invasion Description

1st Record: Cedar Key/FL/Gulf of Mexico (2004, Robinson and Dillon 2008, probably introduced, living sympatrically with native Urosalpinx perrugata and U. tampaensis)

The Atlantic Oyster Drill is native to the East Coast of Florida, as far south as the Indian River Lagoon.

FL/Indian River Lagoon (Mikkelsen et al. 1995, native); Cedar Key/FL/Gulf of Mexico (2004, Robinson and Dillon 2008, probably introduced)
