Invasion Description

1st Record: Olympia/WA/Capitol Lake (10/22/09, USGS Nonindigenous Aquatic Species Program 2009, freshwater, but adjacent to Budd Inlet, Puget Sound. A dam was opened to flush the lake with Sound water for an eradication attempt. This greatly reduced snail populations, but did not elimiate them (Leclair; and Cheng 2011)
