Geographic Extent

IL-OK-LA/Mississippi river and basin (nontidal) (Page and Burr 1991); LA/tidal Mississippi River(Fluker et al. 2011) M. audens and M. beryllina were sympatric in the tidal Pearl River (Fluker et al. 2011)., 6 locations in Lake Pontchrtrain and Bonne Carre Spillway (Suttkus et al. 20015),; Populations in brackish Lake Pontchartrain were all M. beryllina (Fluker et al. 2011), TIX-LA/Sabine River (Suttkus et al., 50-150 miles above Sabine Lake), LA-MS/Pearl River (Suttkus and Thompson 2005); M. audens and M. beryllina were sympatric in the tidal Pearl River (Fluker et al. 2011);
