1st Record: Stockton/CA/San Joaquin River (1979, Ferrari and Orsi 1984) Largely replaced by L. tetraspina. 'L. sinensis continues to be collected in very low numbers, but is not recorded separately from L. tetraspina (Baxter 2006)
